Alabama 3 announce a celebration tour of their first two
albums Exile On Coldharbour Lane and La Peste.
– More dates in UK and Ireland added in March and
April 2025!
Alabama 3 will give fans a hypo full of love and hook a mainline into 1997 and 2000
by playing their first two albums back to back. To mark the 25th anniversary of Woke
Up This Morning soundtracking the hit TV series The Sopranos, Alabama 3 will
celebrate Exile On Coldharbour Lane and La Peste, which both feature the iconic
track.
Larry Love says “Our Exile On Coldharbour Lane tour plans were rudely and aptly
interrupted by La Peste (The Plague) itself – aka the recent covid pandemic. We are
giving brothers and sisters space to congregate and celebrate both albums, especially
now Devlin Love is back to make it even more of an event.”
While Exile On Coldharbour Lane was the album which launched their songs into the
hands of David Chase, the producer of the Sopranos, La Peste was no stranger to
having songs being featured in major films and series. La Peste features the hugely
popular Sopranos mix of Woke Up This Morning, while Sad Eyed Lady of The Lowlife also
features on The Sopranos. La Peste track Mansion on The Hill was featured in 3000
Miles To Graceland and Too Sick To Pray was synced in Gone In Sixty Seconds.
After releasing two new albums in 2020 and 2023, fans will have an opportunity to
dive into the music which first gave the band a platform. The dates announced so far
will see them perform the tour across four UK dates in December and then complete a
wider circuit of the UK and Ireland in March and April 2025.
